DHL EXPRESS - FAST AND TRACKED SHIPMENTS WORLDWIDE

Our express deliveries are handled by DHL Express. It’s easy, fast and secure to ship with DHL Express.

  • The delivery time is normally 1-3 working days, depending on the country. See delivery times for your country at checkout.
  • Place your order before 11:00 AM CET Monday-Friday (excluding Swedish Holidays) and your order will be shipped the same day with DHL Express. During Holiday Season, it could in some cases take up to 24h for your order to be shipped.
  • You will receive a shipping notification to the order registered email address, from DHL Express and lescarf once your order is shipped.
  • During shipping, you will receive regular updates of the delivery status by text message/email including a link to the DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) portal where you simply select your preferred delivery option.
  • Should this not fit with your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when you want the delivery to take place.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAL SERVICE - TRACKED (DEUTSCHE POST)

Tracked shipment through the global mail network via Deutsche Post. Final delivery made by your local Postal operator. Not applicable for all countries.

  • Track your Deutsche Post shipment by entering your tracking number here
  • Once your Deutsche Post order has reached your country you can also track your order via your local postal operator.
  • The delivery time is normally 5-20 working days, depending on the country. 
  • Place your order before 11:00 AM CET Monday-Friday (excluding Swedish Holidays) and your order will be shipped within 2 business days (unless it's a preorder item, if so read more below). During Holiday Season, it could in some cases take up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.
  • Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link from Deutsche Post and lescarf will be sent to the order registered email address. You can use this link to track and follow your order shipment status.
  • Not applicable for all countries.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

The prices displayed on the website, www.le-scarf.com, include VAT, as per the applicable legislation.

If an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable when the shipment reaches the delivery address. You as a customer are fully responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes or similar fees. We have no control over these charges and they may vary from one country to another. If you have any questions in this regard you should always contact your local customs office.

PREORDER ITEMS
If the product is a Preorder Item, it will have a shipping date mentioned in the product name and under a tab named "Preorder info" listed under the product on the product page. 

If your order includes a preorder item, the whole order will ship together on the latest mentioned date written in the product(s) name(s) in your order confirmation email.

CLIMATE NEUTRAL SHIPMENTS
All our shipments with DHL Express are climate neutral. By using DHL GOGREEN we invest in climate protection projects in various regions across the globe, supporting a mix of projects in the categories of "energy efficiency", "renewable energy" and "reforestation/afforestation". We insist on high standards and the selected climate protection projects are based on their value for both the environment and the local communities. Environmental protection is high on DHL's agenda with an ambitious environmental target of zero emissions by 2050.

RETURNS
We want you to like our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchased item from our e-commerce, feel free to return the item within 14 days after receiving the order.

Please contact info@le-scarf.com if you want to return an item.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipment costs so we will deduct €24.90 from the refund amount. Once you have approved, we will create a return label that we will email to you.

In order to be reimbursed, the returned items need to be in their original condition along with the receipt, whether it is a copy or the original. Please note that ⁠ shipping costs are not refunded.

Orders that have been sent with Free Shipping will be charged shipping if these orders are returned due to unsuccessful - or refused - delivery.

Returning bulk orders: When 2 or more items of the same specific products are ordered, only one of these items are to have been opened to be eligible for a full refund. 

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
If you do not collect the package, or if you are not available to receive the package on the delivery date, the package will be returned to us. This will entail us charging a fee for shipping and administration costs for the unclaimed package of 26 EUR.
